Bouncing Universe in a Bulk – Human Landscape

BUB : Bouncing Universe in a Bulk is a show about infinity, a vertiginous place too vast to be captured, which will always goes beyond us. It cannot be completed and it offers no grip, it is a space without limits or gravity, a matter carrying within it all forms. A whole that is both the origin and the future, that escapes temporality and death.

The stage is completely black, the floor is a mirror made of a heavy liquid that gives the feeling of being solid at rest and returns to a flat surface as soon as it is touched, an eternally virgin space that no one can really disturb. Scenography, clothing and movement, this liquid covers the body and makes it anonymous. The light that flows through it creates reflections and constantly changes its appearance, allowing to one body to become every body. Indissociated, it becomes possible to be universal in oneself, a pre-Darwinian moment when all possibilities are a potential future.

BUB : Bouncing Universe in a Bulk est une pièce sur l’infini, endroit vertigineux trop vaste pour être saisi, qui nous dépassera par essence toujours. On ne peut l’achever et il n’offre aucune prise, espace sans limites ni gravité, matière portant en elle toutes les formes. Un ensemble qui est à la fois l’origine et le devenir, qui échappe à la temporalité et à la mort.

Le plateau est intégralement noir, le sol est un miroir composé d’un liquide lourd qui donne au repos la sensation d’être solide et revient à une surface plane sitôt après avoir été touché, espace éternellement vierge que nul ne peut vraiment troubler. Scénographie, habit et mouvement, ce liquide recouvre le corps et le rend anonymes. La lumière qui le parcourt de reflets modifie son aspect en permanence, lui permettant de devenir tous les possibles, d’incarner tous les corps. Indissocié, il devient envisageable d’être universel à soi-seul, moment pré-darwinien où les possibles sont tous un futur potentiel.
